No inverter required! Valley Solar announces new SunPower panel with attached microinverter that offers the best value for your roof.
Sacramento, CA – September 23, 2015 – Valley Solar is pleased to announce that we are now offering SunPower® X20-250 Residential AC panels. These panels come with an attached microinverter, to convert DC electricity to household usable AC power without the use of a string inverter. This simplifies your installation, and makes our new panels ideal for complex or partially-shaded roofs.
SunPower X-Series panels produce 21% more energy per rated watt over the first 25 years. The SunPower X20-250 Residential AC panels are equipped with 72 Monocrystalline Maxeon™ Gen III solar cells, and have high-transmission tempered front glass with anti-reflective coating. The panels are available in Signature™ Black as well as conventional White. Additionally, our new panels have been tested in intense operating conditions ranging from -40° to 185° Fahrenheit (-40° to 85° Celsius).
Our SunPower panels come with an industry leading 25 year power and product warranty. This warranty includes free panel replacement and free labor, unlike conventional pro-rated panels in which you cover the labor costs. The X20-250 Residential AC panels are also designed for easy expandability, and are built for use with SunPower’s low-profile, premium Invisimount™ mounting system.
