Energy Consultant (Sacramento)
Valley Solar, an established Elite SunPower® Dealer in the Sacramento area, is seeking a solar photovoltaic Energy Consultant to join our team of nationally-certified professionals. Valley Solar prides itself on a comfortable, no-pressure sales process, and we are seeking a candidate who is ethical and attentive in their approach to potential customers, efficiently guiding them through the steps of becoming a solar homeowner.
This position requires in-home sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-3 in-home energy consultations per day
- Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
- Demonstrate uncompromising customer service
- Conduct accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis
- Engineer compelling energy solutions that save energy, save the environment, and save money
- Deliver outstanding presentations that create a high sense of urgency to act now
- Resolve concerns and eliminate obstacles
- Follow-up on pipeline
- Generate additional revenue through networking and referrals
