Toy Drive at Valley Solar Custom Design Center
El Dorado Hills, CA — December 6, 2016 — Valley Solar is working with the community to brighten the holidays for some very special children this season by collecting donations of new, unwrapped toys and clothing for Families for Children, a non-profit adoption and foster family organization in El Dorado Hills.
Families for Children is a full service California licensed private non-profit 501 c(3) adoption and foster family agency that assists in finding permanent adoptive families for the thousands of California children currently in foster care, and provides caring short term foster homes for children temporarily removed from their biological parents.
The El Dorado Hills division of Families for Children is currently working with approximately 20 foster children whose wish lists include (but are not limited to): NERF guns, outdoor games, toy tractors and trucks, toddler musical toys, toddler learning toys, a portable keyboard, earrings, make-up, Harry Potter/My Little Pony/Littlest Pet Shop toys, and gift cards for clothing and shoes.
If you would like to help brighten the holiday season for these children by making a donation, please stop by Valley Solar's custom design center and choose a child's wish ornament from our holiday giving tree anytime during store business hours between now and December 20th.
